Eight Hollywood, Florida nursing home residents died in sweltering conditions after a loss of power and air conditioning in the facility. The Rehabilitation Center at Hollywood Hills issued a statement, saying "The staff prepared for Irma, called the power company when they lost electricity and continually checked on their patients."
